first of all the bus never came and got us 😒 I was up at 6am waiting for some to come pick us up from the Bestweasten house in San Jose Costa Rica. I'm still waiting for a full refund from. This company I will never do business again. And would not recommend anyone to use them.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly - my grandma relies on a walker or wheelchair to get around. The staff was able to safely get her on and off the boat, onto the beach and would frequently check on her. Tortuga Island was beautiful and the perfect day trip!
