Winter Season Nov-Mar: The first tour departs from Waterloo Place at 09:00 and every 15 minutes until the last tour departs at 16:00. *Christmas Day and New Year's Day we are closed* Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Boxing Day, and 2nd of January special timetable check with the staff on street for times.
