- A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
- Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
- The bus will depart on time, so please arrive at the scheduled boarding time punctually. Please note that the tour company shall not be held liable for late-arriving participants.
- Due to the closure of certain facilities or restricted visiting hours, we may sometimes arrive early at the next destination or conclude the tour early.
- If affected by traffic jams or inclement weather, etc., the itinerary or the duration of stay at each scenic spot may be subject to adjustments.
- If the number of participants is small, a small bus may be arranged to form a tour group.
- Depending on weather conditions, you may not be able to see the frozen tree, ice waterfall, and maple leaves. In such cases, no refunds will be granted.
- If the Gozaisho Ropeway service is unavailable, the itinerary will be adjusted to visit Aquaignis Spa Resort, with a refund of JPY1,000 per passenger as compensation at the end of the tour.
- The temperature at Mount Gozaisho is cold and may fall below 0°C, so please wear adequate warm clothes during the trip.
- Late arrival and the inability to participate in the tour resulting from traffic conditions will be considered an automatic forfeiture by the participant, and no refunds will be granted.
- During consecutive holidays, the tour end time may be delayed due to traffic congestion. If unforeseen circumstances beyond our control cause a delay in return time, resulting in participants needing taxis or local accommodation, the company is not responsible for associated costs.
- Please note that seats cannot be assigned on the bus, smoking is prohibited on the bus, and there are no restrooms.
- After the start of the day's itinerary, if the facility is suspended due to force majeure, a partial refund will be made. Because the facility admission fees included in the trip fee are different from the facility's published price, we cannot refund at the facility's published price. Please understand.

行程安排得非常好
導遊安排得非常好，今次同行的團友都非常合作，沒有遲到沒有誤點，今次在御在所能看到丁點的冰𣗳，相信如果全部樹都結冰是非常漂亮的，但必定會非常凍及地面會好滑要小心。行程還早了30分鐘到outlet可以多逛30分鐘。名花之里週六晚上6時開燈，我們要在7:10集合上車回大阪，略嫌時間不太夠，但明白由名花之旅到大阪都需要一定的時間，所以行程大致上都非常滿意

隨遇而安的一日團
御在所山岳但因為天氣和暖沒有冰樹
但可以上山坐吊車好好玩，山頂上有雲海
原來報去outlet但可惜暫時休館
臨時轉去泡溫泉，有意外驚喜
溫泉設施很漂亮，景色優美
最後去名花之里看燈飾
意外見到梅林可以瘋狂拍照
如果可以早半至一小時就更好
可惜團沒有包餐，要自行在休息站買食物
建議可加入用餐更佳

很可惜御在所冰樹去的時候已經沒了
滑雪場蠻不錯的。
不會太冷。帶著小孩去只穿內搭衣 外衣 跟雪褲 也不冷！不過太陽有點刺眼。建議帶墨鏡🕶️
名花之里。真的漂亮。而且逛到一半還可以泡腳！那裡也有賣擦腳毛巾～100日幣
