- Q: Can I customize the sign for the “Pickup Board Service”?
A: Yes, if you have any special requests for the pickup board, please indicate them in the remarks section when making your reservation. (e.g. company name, Chinese name or nickname, etc.)
- Q: When booking a “sanding service,” how far apart should the hotel departure time be from the aircraft departure time?
A: Generally, it is recommended to arrive at the airport 4 hours before departure time for all international flights. The driver will arrive at the hotel 15 minutes before the reserved time. If the passenger does not show up after the free waiting time, it will be considered a voluntary abandonment and no refund will be given.
- Q: When booking a “pick-up service,” what are the flight arrival times and vehicle connection times? (In case of on-time arrival)
A: If you enter your flight number and arrival time, the driver will wait for 90 minutes free of charge according to the actual flight arrival time. If you fail to complete the departure procedures within 90 minutes, it will be considered a voluntary abandonment and no refund will be given.
- Q: When booking a “pick-up service,” what happens if the flight arrival time changes? (early arrival/delayed arrival)
A:
(1) Early arrival: Free waiting for 90 minutes according to the actual flight arrival time
(2) Delayed arrival: If the delay is less than 1 hour, the driver will wait for 90 minutes according to the actual arrival time. If the delay is more than 1 hour, you must inform the exact flight and arrival time 3 hours in advance. If there is no exact arrival time, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and the customer should make a new reservation or contact the customer center to avoid additional losses.
- Q: How is the “Number of Passengers” calculated?
A: A 15-seater vehicle can accommodate 9 to 14 passengers. If you use a child seat, the number of passengers will be reduced by 1 per child seat. The child seat fee is 15,000 won per seat. Please indicate this in the remarks column when making a reservation and pay the driver on site. If there is an issue with the number of passengers or baggage exceeding the limit, the driver has the right to refuse boarding and no refunds will be issued.
- Q: What is “additional charge”?
A: The amount shown is the total cost of service per vehicle, including taxes and tolls. However, the cost may vary depending on the request for additional services. Additional charges may apply on-site upon request, such as adding a child seat, multiple pick-up/drop-off service, and exceeding the waiting time.
- Q: “How many pieces of luggage can I take?”
A: Both checked baggage and carry-on bags are considered checked baggage and must be stored in the rear trunk. Handbags and paper bags are considered personal belongings. Bulky items (e.g., folding bicycles, folding strollers, folding wheelchairs) are considered special baggage and require additional consideration depending on the amount of baggage, so please contact the customer center.
- *15-seater vehicles can carry up to 20 pieces of luggage of 28 inches or less, and the number of seats will be reduced depending on the amount of luggage. If you bring luggage that does not meet the regulations, it will be considered voluntary abandonment and no refund will be given. (According to most airline regulations, the standard baggage size is 157.48cm or 68.58 x 53.34 x 35.56cm, and the weight is approximately 22.68kg.)

- Q: Can I make changes after confirming my reservation?
A: If you would like to change your already booked pick-up or drop-off time, please contact Over The Planet Customer Service. Changes cannot be made within 2 days of departure, and additional modification fees may apply for urgent modifications.
- Q: Where can I meet you, sir?
A:
(1) “Pickup Service - Signboard Service”: The driver will wait at the exit of the arrival hall holding a signboard with the customer’s name (Over The Planet logo + customer’s name). The driver will guide the customer to the vehicle.
(2) “Sanding Service”: The driver will wait in front of the hotel or address you specified, and you can find the vehicle using the vehicle number provided. You can also check the vehicle’s arrival by asking the hotel front desk or contacting the driver by phone.
