Important Information
- Please visit the official website for on-site ticket price, promotional activities, and routine maintenance info for the day's out-of-service facilities
- Children under 90 cm in height or 3 years old are free of charge, but an adult company is required
- Most of the facilities are restricted to children over 90 cm tall
- Travellers with the following conditions are not recommended for participation: high blood pressure, cardiac disease, pregnancy, intoxication, over 90 kg in weight, or experiencing discomfort
- All facilities are in service in the 1.5 hours after the park is open and closed down at 5:00 pm. Some are closed an hour before the park's closing time for maintenance and other force majeure. The park reserves the right to adjust the operation of the facilities for safety concerns. Please refer to the on-site information on the day.
- Contraband includes: any dangerous items, alcoholic beverages, bicycles, scooters, pets, and large filming equipment (e.g. Beta-Cam, S-Vhs, 35mm camera, 4x5 camera bellows, drones, etc.)
- For your safety, please follow the rules and guidelines in the park
- Gum and betel nuts are not allowed on the premises
- Please do not smoke indoors
- Re-entry on the day will be granted for those who have the "re-entry" stamp on their arms
- Some of the facilities include water-splashing features. It is advised to purchase a raincoat or bring a change of clothes
- The park does not provide broadcasting services for finding lost travellers. Please plan the meeting time and location with your travel companions.
- Small lockers are located throughout the park. The park will not be liable for loss or damage to any possessions
- Other services include pet kennels, charging, and accessibility equipment rentals. (NT$ 100 for one stroller, please refer to the visitor centre for more information)
- To maintain the quality of travellers' time in the park, the crowd control procedure will be implemented when the maximum capacity is met and the park will be closed for entry (even for ticket holders)
- The Ferris wheel admission is a bonus offer for the ticket. The park reserves the right to terminate the offer. Refunds or compensations will not be provided if the Ferris wheel is out of service for maintenance or other reasons. Pregnant or intoxicated travellers are not permitted for the ride. For more information, please refer to the announcement on-site.
- The park is a certified Muslim-friendly Environment. The prayer room, prayer rug, the Quran, and washroom can be found within the premises. For more information, please ask our staff
- The latest redemption time is 3:30 pm. Please redeem your ticket and enter the park before then
