Each passenger may bring one 24-inch suitcase. Oversized or extra luggage may require booking additional passengers.
【Airport Pickup (HND ➝ Tokyo)】 Your driver will meet you at the designated pickup point. If you’ve selected the Meet & Greet add-on, the driver will greet you inside the arrival hall with a name sign.
Airport pickup is recommended 60–120 minutes after your scheduled landing to allow time for immigration and baggage. By default, pickup will default to 60 minutes after your scheduled flight arrival time, with 30 minutes of free waiting included.
【Airport Drop-off (Tokyo ➝ HND)】 The driver will pick you up from your specified location in Central Tokyo. 15 minutes of free waiting time is included. You’ll be dropped off at the airport with luggage assistance.
【Driver & Communication】
- Driver and vehicle details, including a pickup map, will be sent the night before your ride.
- Please provide your WhatsApp number when booking. Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp on the day of service for smooth coordination.

- From 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, there's a ¥2000 JPY surcharge. Pay in cash onsite

- The provider is not liable for passengers or luggage exceeding the vehicle's capacity
