Use the first door on right at the information desk to exit the terminal. Once outside, turn right and walk towards the restroom. Our greeter will be standing behind the barricade holding a sign displaying ISLAND TRANSFER AND TOURS (Do Not look for your Name). Once you have identified the greeter, present your ticket to him and he will escort you to your ride. DEPARTURE/RETURN TRANSFER- HOTEL PICKUP Pickup from the hotel is scheduled 3 hours before the departure time you specified on your reservation. A message will be sent through your reservation with your exact pickup time. On your departure date, please check out and be ready at least 10 minutes prior to this time. Meet your driver at the entrance to the main lobby as specified on your reservation. Drivers can wait only 10 minutes after the pickup time given.
