Mylapore
You will be picked up from fixed point / hotel leave for sightseeing. The temple is dedicated to the Hindu God Shiva. It is built in the traditional Dravidian style with a brightly coloured gopuram (top of the temple), several pillared pavilions and a large water tank. Legend has it that an angry Lord Shiva once turned his consort Parvati into a peacock. Parvati worshipped Shiva at a spot located within this temple to regain her normal form. The name Mylapore means ‘the town of peacocks’.

This is a 125 year old temple that has grown in popularity partly due to the patronage of movie stars. Thousands of couples get married within the precincts of this temple each year. The temple is dedicated to God Murugan.

This temple is dedicated to the Indian saint, Sai Baba from Shirdi. The main temple is an elegant hexagonal structure of white marble, towering over a height of 100 ft. The image of Shri Sai Baba is handcrafted in pure white marble in his famous sitting posture.
Admission Ticket IncludedEnd the tour with a visit to ISKCON temple that is dedicated to the popular Hindu God Krishna. The main attraction of the temple are the large and colorful statues of some of the Hindu Gods and Goddesses. The temple is run by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON). The temple is constructed over five floors. There are three teakwood altars in the main temple hall. Once your tour will be finished you will be driven back to fixed point / your hotel.
