Naim and Oded are awesome!
The hosts and the waitstaff went out of their way to make our group group feel welcome. They were quick to take care of all our requests. We are thankful to them for making everyday memorable! We highly recommend this establishment. Thank you Naim and Oded for a wonderful experience.

I was feeling sick when I arrived as a guest at Dan Panorama Jerusalem on June . I felt poorly and asked the front desk where the nearest pharmacy was. A staff member, Oded, overheard my question and graciously offered to go to the pharmacy for me and pick up the (over-the-counter) medication ...

Solid Hotel and good value
Hotel is dated but well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly. Hamik in the restaurant was very accommodating and friendly. For breakfast they had a diverse selection of food choices reflect their international clientele's tastes.
