Great experience great location
We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Centrally located equivalent to a Marriott in the US. Enrique at the front desk was incredible, he remembers everything and truly makes you feel welcome and at home everyone you walk in. He was incredible and such a nice person.

Great location!
Galeria Plaza Reforma is centrally located to all sites, monuments, clubs, restaurants, regions etc. Loved it! Highly recommend the turibus, uber and local guides. NOT the ones by the hotel - too expensive. City and hotel felt very safe and everyone is super helpful.

We stayed at this property last week everything was awesome the rooftop swimming pool is a plus the only thing is Wife forgot bikini in room try to contact property 3 days ago and no answer yet, other than that great.
