A paradisiac place amid the exuberant nature, the Hotel has a modern structure and fun for everyone! With 172 apartments in the SUITE, LUXURY AND GARDEN categories, the Resort offers ecological trails, fitness center, tennis court, sports court, mini-golf court, adult and children pools, spa, sauna, beauty salon and two restaurants with fine national gastronomy and international. Here fun is guaranteed, in our big acquapark or simply with our fun recreation team, it's over 180k m² of pure pleasure! The Aquamania is an acquapark with 7 swimming pools, giant slides and tubing. Open from Tuesday to Sunday, from October to March. The Resort is located at the Cataratas Avenue, 3 Km from the airport and 4 Km from the waterfalls.

Excellent time in Iguassu falls
We had lovely time at Vivaz hotel. Personnel was very friendly, our room was silent and the pool area was beautiful. Hotel arranged us a private guide for our Argentina falls trip which was wonderful. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed 2 nights overall very clean, rooms are good size, wonderful housekeeper services, the pool and water park were ok staff at water park not friendly at all. Fantastic hotel with super friendly staff. It’s right in the middle of all the attractions of Foz de Iguaçu and within minutes of the borders to Paraguay and Argentina.
