Want a cooking class in Madrid? Come to Madrid's funnest and trendiest cooking class where we emphasize the importance of the social aspect of cooking, eating and drinking! Our professional chef will guide you through Spain's most iconic tapas that will leave your mouth watering. You will be welcomed with a glass of Cava and be taken to your personalized cooking stations where you will work in pairs and have the necessary ingredients to make 4 traditional Tapas! The cooking portion of this experience will take you on a trip through Spain as we will make one tapa from each corner of the country! The class has been created for you to be able to participate in a very hands-on workshop! Ask our chef as many questions as you want as they are also your host and has the purpose of making you and all the other guests feel at home, and of course to keep your wine glasses full! Once the class is over you will be invited to our private dining room and all the guests will sit together at our table and share the tapas but also a main course and dessert made by our chefs, Turning this experience into a 6 course menu that is paired with our bottomless wine pairing of 5 different Spanish wines!

STARTER - Gambas al ajillo - Garlic prawns

Fresh prawns cooked in a garlic, parsley and white wine (Cooked by you)

STARTER - Chistora a la sidra - Chorizo with sider

Chistora a typical sausage similar to chorizo that is cooked and reduced in apple sider. very typical dish from the Basque region. (Cooked by you)

STARTER - Mejillones tradicionales - traditional fresh cooked mussels

Fresh mussels in a garlic, parsley and white wine sauce. (there are alternative for those who may not or do not eat seafood) (Cooked by you)

STARTER - Pimientos de piquillo - stuffed piquillo pepers

Piquillo peppers stuffed with hand made bechamel sauce, tuna and a creamy tomato sauce (Cooked by you)

MAIN - Season meat or fish dish

Depending on the season of the year we off a fish or meat main course and side that is made by our chefs for you

DESSERT - Catalan cream mousse

a typical dessert from Catalonia done in a modern way.
