needs some work

shower smells musty, there are cup rings on the bedside table & table by the TV and they are not from me! floors in the hallway were not vacuumed and the public washroom floor wasn't cleaned or garbage emptied once the entire week I was here, good food, helpful front desk staff - but needs a go...

No service at all

They don’t give any service. Linens were dirty , even i asked them to replace linens, hotel staff said they don’t have any extra. Cleaning services requested 3 times, nobody came to clean my room 3 days.

Disgusting and dirty

This hotel was nice back when it opened. It’s now poorly maintained. Hot tub and sauna don’t work. Rooms are disgusting and management can’t be bothered to return calls. Avoid at all cost. There was pee all over toilets food on capers hair I’m bed so dirty!
