Stockholm Old Town
We will visit the largest medieval city centre of Stockholm that is is Gamla Stan, it is one of the most beautiful and famous places in the Swedish capital. It was at this location in 1252 Stockholm was founded. It is the district with cobbled narrow streets, ancient houses and monuments, like the medieval spirit.
Storkyrkan (Pass-by Only)
We will pass by the famous and city mains Cathedral - gorgeous Storkyrkan
Nobel Prize Museum (Pass-by Only)
After we will see from the outside the Nobel Prize museum where the annual Nobel Prize ceremony takes place every year
Royal Palace (Pass-by Only)
We will check major attraction in the area of the Royal Palace is a residence of the Swedish monarchs, located on the waterfront of the island of Stadsholmen
Drottningholm Palace
And finally we wil1 visit the beautiful Drottningholm Palace. Royal Domain of Drottningholm which was the first site in Sweden to be listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage. The castle was first built in the end of the seventeenth century and then the queen Ulrika Eleonora ordered the transformation of the interior to what has become the finest example of an 18th-century northern European royal residence that has been inspired by the Palace of Versailles. Besides the palace, the site holds a perfectly preserved theatre from 1766, an amazing Chinese pavilion from 1770 and a grand baroque garden. Today the castle serves as the permanent residence of the present royal family.
