Husky Sledding Small-Group Tour from Capital Region
This sled/kart dog tour is a shared, family friendly, dog ride tour. Either on snow or dry land, depending on Mother Nature’s generosity. With the help of your guide and musher, you will feel the power of the huskies pulling the sled or the customised cart through the fields in the South Coast of Iceland.
The tour includes a 35 minutes husky ride tour, including a photo break . This is one of the first few kennels in Scandinavia with Greenlandic dogs, an opportunity you cannot miss. Small-group tour.
This tour requires you to rent a car.

There is a 35 minute dog ride included. Meet and greet our sled dogs. There are several picture opportunities during the tour. And breathtaking views, weather permitting.

- Weight limit of 95kg/ 220lbs per person and BMI below 30 ( Contact us prior booking ( with age, heigh and weight of each participant) if your group does not fit those requirements, there can be room for exception
- Please keep in mind that, we cannot guarantee our departures to be snow. We operate on Dry-land when insufficient snow.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- This tour requires you to rent a car ( unless you reserve the option with transfer service)
- Minimum age is six years
- We take up to 4-5 participants per sled/kart plus the musher/guide
- It is recommended that you wear warm, waterproof outdoor clothing, adequate shoes to walk on wet surfaces, and that you dress in layers
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
Meet
Pickup and Dropoff
You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 75 minutes before departure time.
Additional Information
Pick up and drop off can be only done in authorized bus stops. The pick up time will be confirmed via email.

This tour will operate with a sled ( on snow or ice) or with a kart (on wheels) depending on the weather. Please keep an eye on your emails for further communication. *Bookings to meet on location: The tour location will be sent closer to the tour date. Arrive at least 15 min prior to the departure. If you are not present at the time of the tour, you will miss the dogsledding tour.
