Purchase Summary
- Traffic control is all around Jiufen and drivers can't just park their cars anywhere. As a result, the pick-up and drop-off location must be at a parking lot or an area that allows temporary parking. After meeting up with the tour, there will be a 5- to 10-minute walk to the car location. Please follow the staff instructions, pay attention to the meeting info and take your physical fitness into consideration
- If it is a shared ride plan, travelers cannot specify the car type. The vehicle will be assigned based on the number of travelers and the traffic control on the day. Per Taiwan law, all passengers must take up a seat, so adults and children will be charged the same price

- If the HSR ticket is booked, the tour cancellation can only be processed after the HSR ticket is cancelled
- Free cancellation up until 4 days before the departure
- Non-cancellable, non-changeable and non-refundable for cancellation within 0–3 days before the departure.

- Full fare: Passengers over 12 years old
- Senior: Passengers over 65 years old (on the day of the ride). A valid ID with a photo and birthday is required for verification
- Disabled: Passengers with a disability identification/certification. (At the back of the new disability card, the field of"preferential treatment" shall have the annotation of "public transportation," then the companion may purchase a ticket with a 50% off discount)
- Child: Children under 12 years old (if taller than 150 cm in height, age verification is required)
- Free: Children under 115 cm in height, or over 115 cm but verified to be under 6 years old and not occupy a seat. (To get a seat, please purchase a Child Ticket.) Adult company is required and each paying adult is allowed a maximum of 2 free-admission children.
[FAQs]
- The Over The Planet product does not include the HSR ticket. A link to purchase the 25% off HSR ticket will be provided after the booking
- Select the [Over The Planet x HSR Combo] package and complete the booking to receive the e-voucher that contains the HSR discount ticket purchase link. Refer to "Purchase Notice" for more details
- Applicable to all HSR trains, but the time and seats are subject to availability and can't be guaranteed. If the provided trains are fully booked, other train options or a full refund will be provided
- The ticket is a physical ticket. The ticket will be issued within 7 days before the HSR departure date and then shipped to the designated Taiwan address. Or it can be picked up at T1/T2 service counters at Taoyuan International Airport
- The HSR booking is open 29 days before the departure date. If you book prior to that, the reservation will be made after the booking is open and the ticket will be sent afterwards
- The HSR ticket for the deal has a restriction on the departure/arrival stations. E.g. For a tour starting from Taipei with accommodation in Kaohsiung, the HSR ticket will be for Taipei ⇌ Zuoying. No refunds will be granted for alighting early and the price difference is to be paid for going to extra stops
- Travellers cannot designate seats and carts as the seat reservation is made by the HSR system
