The best service Receptuon in the world from Ms.Yamin Ei. When I check in she give us good service and beautiful smile. Warmly Welcome and she give hotel all information. I really her service and I recommend this hotel.

I got experience at Grand Excelsior Hotel Deira, all staff are friendly and kind. ESPECIALLY I want to thanks Yamin Ei, she was assit me a lot and I got free late check out. Other staff Ali Raze, he also very kind and assist. Thanks for both.
