(Subject to Option Inclusions)Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian MARTIAL ART that combines FIGHT, CULTURE, DANCE, MUSIC and ACROBATICS. It teaches discipline, self-defense, physical fitness, and on top of all of that is extremely connected to the Afro-Brazilian ancestry. The class is directed to BEGINNERS students who have NEVER TRAINED Capoeira. So don't worry, it is not necessary to have any type of experience! You will be just fine. I will teach you the attacks, defenses and flow movements. Be prepared to breathe the culture of Salvador. Training with us, you will learn so much more than just the exercise, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Vamos!
