Having collected luggage and cleared Customs, incoming visitors having booked this transfer service are requested to immediately make their way to this location. Here they will meet their Representative who will escort them to the vehicle. (Presentation of the Booking Confirmation and Photo I.D. is required in exchange for this Activity. Drivers wait a maximum of 1.5 hours after flight arrival.) Our Representatives and Drivers will be waiting at the airport according to the Flight Number, and Date, received in the Booking. Flight delays do occasionally happen, so they are constantly checking for any delays, or time changes, to ensure our valued customers are met at the designated locations accordingly. It is important to note that if the Flight Number or Date is changed that it is the passenger's responsibility to inform us of the new details. (We are not provided with Flight Passenger Manifests by any airline to check if a person is on board or not.) Hotels - We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for your departure to Bangkok Airport
