Seat-In-Coach transfers are available ONLY in the Bangkok city centre. The following areas in outer Bangkok are available by private transfer only: Don Muang, Thonburi, Sukhumvit Soi 35 and 26 to Bangna , Rama 9 , Ladprao , Ramkhamhang and Rama
Upon your arrival at Bangkok International Airport, you will see our friendly representative holding a sign at the exit gates number six (6) with your name on it. He will greet you before taking you to the coach and transport you to your hotel. Please contact our service line if you are not able to find our representative at the airport.
Once you have loaded your luggage on the coach, your driver will transport you to your hotel safely and allow you to start your holiday relaxed.

- Delays maybe experienced at the airport while all passengers assigned to the transfer come through immigration and customs
- Flights arriving within 30 minutes of each other will be combined for Seat-In-Coach transfers
- Passengers will be required to wait until all guests have cleared immigration and collected their luggage before the transfer departs
- Private car allow maximum 2 passengers with 2 standard suitcases (55 x 73 x 18 cms) plus 1 hand luggage per person
- Private van allow maximum 6 passengers with 6 standard suitcases (55 x 73 x 18 cms) plus 1 hand luggage per person

The representative will be wearing a blue shirt or blue polo shirt with a Destination Services badge. Should you fail to meet our guide, please contact the ATTA (Association of Thai Travel Agents) counter at the arrivals hall.
