Accompany the visit with a pleasure in the flavors. From among many very good restaurants, we have selected one with Basque tradition but with a modern touch, specializing in fresh seasonal grilled products.
Their secret lies in the selection of raw materials, seasonal products that they buy from farmers and arrantzales (fishermen) who even grow vegetables, citrus fruits and aromatic plants. Its fusion cuisine combines seasonal Basque cuisine with creativity and fresh ideas.
The menu consists of 5 passes, dessert and two different wines.
