We have been taken on 2 tours by Imran. I found him both knowledgeable about Jaipur and very entertaining. His English too is very good. I would highly recommend him.

I would totally recommend going with Imran if you are in Jaipur!
We run into him by chance in the parking lot of Hawa Mahal. He offered a reasonable price for going to and coming back from Monkey Temple, so we asked him to take us on a whole day tour next day. He's super friendly and easy to talk...
