Important Information
- The voucher will be sent to you after confirming availability with the local company, so please cancel the previous reservation and re-purchase the product if the it is different from the option you selected.
- How to select the pick-up time:
- Airport pickup: Select based on "flight arrival time"
- Airport drop-off: Select based on "hotel departure time" - Please provide the pickup and drop-off address in Korean or English. (For drop-off, please leave your hotel room number so that we can contact you in case of emergency).
- Please select a vehicle based on the number of people in your group and provide the number of passengers, luggage, etc. when making your reservation. If not provided in advance, the local company reserves the right to change your reservation.
- The driver speaks Korean, Chinese, and simple English. If you have a specific language request, please write it in the 'Remarks' field.
Surcharges
Overtime Service
- A grace period of 90 minutes applies to the airport pickup service, starting from your flight arrival. Exceeding the 90-minute grace period will incur surcharges. Please indicate in the Requests & Remarks section when booking if you want to make changes. A surcharge of ₩15,000–30,000 will incur for any changes made
- A grace period of 15 minutes applies to the airport drop-off service, exceeding the 15-minute grace period will incur surcharges
- A grace period of 15 minutes applies to the airport drop-off service, exceeding the 15-minute grace period will incur surcharges
Overtime Service
Overtime service surcharge is charged by hours. If your overtime is under 1 hour, it will be considered as 1 hour, and a surcharge of ₩15,000/hr will apply, with fees to be paid on-site directly to the driver

仁川国際空港にて
連休もあってか関空から何度も遅延になり大幅に遅れた出発になりました。
無事に仁川国際空港に到着してからが災難続きでスーツケースは行方不明になるし、イミグレは2時間越えの大行列で両替するにも長蛇の列の上、またもトラブル発生しました。ものすごく長い長い長い時間を待っていて下さり、大変ご迷惑をおかけしたにも関わらず最後までサポートしていただいて感謝しています。結局、ホテルに着いたのは夜中の３時頃というありえないような時間。私達に最後まで向き合ってくれてドライバーさん本当に本当にありがとう。延長料金発生は当然のことでしたが多めに渡してあげればよかったと申し訳ない気持ちでいっぱいです。
