Things To Know
- A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
- Travelers who suffer from motion sickness are recommended to take proper precautions in advance (i.e. medication)
- Please be advised to bring sunblock products and appropriate clothes for the drastic weather
- The tour information will be announced around 18:00 the day before. Please pay attention to the information. If you have any questions during the itinerary, please report it to the tour leader or driver immediately
- This is a semi-guided tour and you will share the ride with other travellers (the vehicle model, usually minibus or 9-seater, is based on the number of travellers). Children are charged the same price as adults (except during cherry blossom season)
- The tour includes lunch, guests with vegetarian/lacto-ovo-vegetarian or other special diet, please inform us in the remarks field when making your reservation to facilitate arrangements. Without prior noticem we cannot make last-minute accommodations
- Recommended tips: NT$100 per traveller/ NT$150 per traveller during cherry blossom season / NT$200 per traveller during the Lunar New Year. Giving service staff a small tip when appropriate is an international etiquette and a form of encouragement and compliment for the tour leaders who serve you along the way, local tour guides and drivers. Tipping based on their performance during the itinerary is welcome and encouraged
- During the cherry blossom season (8–29 Feb. 2024): This itinerary complies with Wuling Farm regulations. Individual cancellations (including tickets and meals) are not accepted during the crowd control period. Once registered, if canceled, a Wuling Farm fee of NT$500 will be charged
- During the cherry blossom season (8–29 Feb. 2024): The admission time for flower viewing is about 4 hours. After entering, please abide by the rules of Wuling Farm and get off at the "Peach Garden" and board the return bus at the "Entrance Garden"
- During the cherry blossom season (8–29 Feb. 2024): In order to comply with the crowd control measure during the Wuling cherry blossom season, the customer service confirmation after registration shall be final

4. Book the HSR ticket base on the correct departure date, ticket type and passenger numbers
** The HSR ticket booking must be confirmed 7 days before the departure date. Over The Planet retains the right to cancel the booking
— Cancellation Policy —
- Please contact Over The Planet customer support for cancellation
- If the HSR ticket is booked, the tour cancellation can only be processed after the HSR ticket is cancelled
- 5% of fees will be charged for cancellation within 41 days before the departure
- 10% of fees will be charged for cancellation within 31–40 days before the departure
- 20% of fees will be charged for cancellation within 21–30 days before the departure
- 30% of fees will be charged for cancellation within 2–20 days before the departure
- 50% of fees will be charged for cancellation within 1 day before the departure
- 100% of fees will be charged for cancellation within 0 day before the departure

超值一日遊
行程安排合適，導遊隨行很棒，9人小巴機動性高，座位舒適。免除了自己開車的勞累，一日來回台北武陵很舒服愜意。

專車接送導遊親切負責
抓住櫻花季尾巴，跟朋友一起去賞櫻，導遊親切負責，當天車上同時還有外國遊客，導遊中文說明完後，切換簡單英文，讓大家都能準時到達定點，也有提醒遊客台灣獼猴會搶食物，拿塑膠袋要小心安全等，午餐安排很好，整體都很滿意，之後會想帶媽媽來
