About Cinnamon Lodge Habarana

Cinnamon Lodge is set in a tranquil and picturesque 27 acre wood which is located next to a beautiful lake. Situated in the village of Habarana, within the heartland of the Cultural Triangle, the lodge is a convenient base from which to explore the ancient heritage sites of Sigiriya, Dambulla, Polonnaruwa and the Minneriya wildlife sanctuary - all within 1 hour's drive. Habarana is a 4 hour drive from Colombo. The 112 luxurious two-storey chalets with verandas and balconies complete a feeling of comfort and relaxation. Facilities include a large outdoor swimming pool, and massage treatments are also on offer. The restaurant is an open space in tune with the architectural vision of blending in with nature, there is a selection of western and eastern dishes with a generous supply of particular ethnic dishes. Excellent service from the GM down to all staff at the hotel in all departments. They were all very friendly and always smiling and helping us in any way they can and made us very comfortable and feel very welcome. We had the most amazing stay.

Lovely stay at Cinnamon Lodge
This hotel by the edge of a lake is gorgeous. So exotic and nature surrounded. The service was exquisite, they were always super polite and pending of all details. Special mention for Asaka, our awsom waiter!
