Very good hotel and staff
I stay in Victoria Hoi An 9 day and night. The hotel very nice. The service very good, staff very friendly special staff: Thuy, Trang,Hong. I love celery juice in there. I will be back when I have a time

Best resort to stay at in Hội An
Exceptional service and care from the moment you enter the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very attentive. The hotel - pool ( have pool for kids also) and rooms are incredible. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, with so many choices both western and Asian food.I love this hotel ...

Excellent service in a beautiful setting
A great stay from beginning to end. The staff were a highlight - the reception team were incredibly helpful, fluent in English, and the pool and bar staff were friendly and thoughtful. The resort is located right on the waterfront and has a pool big enough to swim laps in, and lovely manicured ...
