On this island the guide will explain about the way of experience culture and / or tradition, later the guide will demonstrate the construction of the floating island of the Uros. Later you will have free time to walk around the island, and You can take pictures of local people.
After the visit of Uros, We will arrive in 1 hour with 20 minutes to Taquile “place of the best weavers of Peru ”, one of the lake’s few natural islands. Here, you’ll have chance to discover the fascinating culture of the islanders, which is protected on UNESCO’s intangible heritage list. and you will enjoy a pleasant 40-minute walk, during this walk you will visit the main square that is 3950 meters above sea level, in where you will have time to take pictures, visit the textile store, watch demonstrations of traditional weaving, see how natural dyes are made using vegetables and minerals.. The guide explain about tradition, culture, customs. Finish your visit by enjoying a lunch of typical Peruvian food, before setting out on the return journey. Back in Puno, your tour ends with drop-off at your hotel at approximately 4:30 p.m.
