Pick-ups are automatically scheduled 30mins prior to your selected Flight time unless contacted by our reservations team. We kindly request guests to wait in the lobby for our driver who will be driving a Cape Town Helicopters Branded vehicle. Please note that the pick-up is a complimentary service within 3km of our facility. We reserve the right to cancel a pick-up due to operational requirements. Please ensure that your Pick-Up location is within our 3km collection radius.

Ticket Redemption
On the day of the flight the guest will need to present their Viator Ticket to the staff at the check-in counter. After Check-In, the guest will receive a safety briefing and issued with a boarding pass. Please note that each guest will have to undergo a weigh in.
