When you book your transfer in advance, a representative will wait for you at the airport. On meeting the representative, he will summon your driver who will be waiting on site to take you to your resort. You will travel in a modern air-conditioned vehicle to your resort.

Use the first door on right at the Information desk to exit the terminal. Once outside, turn right and go towards the bathroom. Our Greeter will be standing behind the barricade with a sign displaying ISLAND TRANSFER AND TOURS Grand Palladium, Jamaica Pickup is scheduled 3 hours in advance of departure time. Please meet your Island Transfer and Tours driver at the entrance to the main lobby.
