What's included in Half-Day Black Canyon Kayak Tour from Las Vegas
(Subject to Option Inclusions)Following pick-up from your approved hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, escape the city and journey by comfortable Mercedes Sprinter to the start point of your kayak adventure into the Black Canyon. Arrive at Willow Beach and prepare for the day ahead as your guides help fit you into your kayaks. Paddle upstream into the narrow channels of the Black Canyon, and scour the banks to spot a variety of wildlife, including native Desert Big Horn Sheep, Bald Eagles and Coyote. This tour includes visits to an historical overlook with awe-inspiring views of the legendary Colorado River, a visit to Emerald Cave and viewing the 100 year old river gauging station. Learn the history of the river and its many uses over the past 100 years from our knowledgable Guides as they lead this 4 mile out-and -back paddling tour. Enjoy a complimentary snacks and bottled water and enjoy the river as it unfolds before you.

- SELECT hotel pick-ups are offered for this tour. The local operator will help organize the closest pick up if your hotel is not on the list.
- Pick up time starts two hours before tour time.

You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 90 minutes before departure time.
Additional Information
The complimentary shuttle picks up at select hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. Please ensure you are on time to your given location out of respect to other guests on tour. Failure to be on time could result in a loss of the tour without refund. These specified hotels have quick and easy access for the shuttle to get through the busy strip, so you can spend less time in traffic and more time on the river! Travelers may also meet at the office located inside The Hoover Dam Lodge Casino. There is free parking and is last to be picked up and first to be dropped off from the shuttle. Travelers may meet at launch destination (25804 Willow Beach Rd, Willow Beach, AZ 86445) *National Park vehicle entrance fee is $25 (payable direct to the National Park Service)
Meeting / End Points
- The operator is located inside the Hoover Dam Lodge. If you wish to bypass the shuttle and meet directly at the river you can do so, but the national park will require a fee of $25 per vehicle if you don't have a national park pass. Please enquire if you would like this option

Pick-up will take place 1.5 to 2 hours before the tour start time. (Total duration with half day tour is 5-6 hours, round-trip with pick-up and drop-off from approved Las Vegas hotels on the Strip). Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated/show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, you will not be entitled to a refund.
