Pick-up Details:
- Please provide your correct flight information so we can arrange a smooth pick-up for you.
- Our driver will wait for you at your hotel lobby. We offer a free 30-minute waiting time. If you need more time, please note that there will be an extra charge.
- If we cannot find you at the pick-up point 30 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time and we do not hear from you, our driver will have to leave and we will not be able to refund your fee.
- If your flight schedule changes, please inform us at least 24 hours before your original pick-up time. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any additional costs.
- Please plan your pick-up time carefully, as you will need at least 3 hours for domestic flights and 4 hours for international flights to check in at the airport.
