- Hot air balloons typically fly at altitudes of 2,500–4,500 feet. Participants who went scuba diving the night before this tour are not allowed admission. Participants who went scuba diving in the morning one day before this tour are required to consult a licensed diving instructor regarding their participation and are responsible for their own health
- Admission will not be granted to participants who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication. Refunds will not be granted under such circumstances
- The tour operator reserves the right to cancel hot air balloon flights due to adverse weather conditions, and full refunds will be granted in this event
- In the event of accidents during the tour, Over The Planet and the tour operator will not be held liable
- Please note that the possibility of seeing the sunrise will depend on weather factors on the tour day, and it is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be provided in this case

- Children 3 years old and younger may join the tour but will not participate in the hot air balloon flight. One parent must stay with the child on the ground while the other parent takes the hot air balloon flight
- Participants aged 4–17 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the entire tour, including the hot air balloon experience
- Pregnant individuals beyond 3 months (13 weeks) of pregnancy are not allowed to fly
- Photos are included but subject to availability; no refund will be provided if they are unavailable. The photos will be automatically emailed to participants after the flight
- Please note that the pick-up time provided on this page is for reference only and may vary with the seasons (summer, winter) and the time of sunrise. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed on the voucher. The tour operator will also email participants the day before travel; please check the registered email box prior to departure
