Regarding the departure and return information, the traveler is picked up at the San José Juan Santamaría airport and taken to the destination hotel. For the return, the group is picked up at the hotel and taken to the Juan Santamaría airport 6 hours before the scheduled flight time. If you provide your flight number when booking your airport transportation, our Meet & Greet service will allow you to track your flight and adjust your pick-up time if necessary. Also, after your flight lands, our driver will wait 60 minutes to make sure you have enough time to go through security, collect your luggage and proceed to the arrivals area to meet your driver. If your flight is changed or cancelled, it's important that you let us know your new arrival time so we can be there when you arrive. In case the airline changes your arrival date and time, it is your responsibility to inform us of this updated information, including the flight number and arrival time.
