- A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
- Travelers who choose the airport pick-up service are advised to ensure their phone is turned on after arriving at the airport so the driver can contact them in time. Free Wi-Fi is available in the airport
- Travelers who choose the airport drop-off service, are strongly advised to confirm the flight boarding time and the correct hotel address
- In order to ensure the driver can contact travelers on the day of the reservation, travelers are required to provide their contact information (mobile phone number/Line/Whatsapp/Wechat/Kakaotalk, etc.)
- Daytime service hours (7:00 am to 9:59 pm), and nighttime service hours (10:00 pm to 6:59 am), Please make sure to check service hours before making a reservation

Important Information
- Please note that cancellations and changes are not allowed 24 hours before the reservation date
- When booking, please refer to the limit on the number of passengers the vehicle can carry. Please provide the number of passengers, number of luggage pieces, luggage size, and number of children seats required. If the number of passengers or suitcases exceeds the size specified on the date of purchase, the store reserves the right to change the vehicle and the passengers will bear all costs

According to Korean law, children age 6 and under must use child seats. Please be sure to fill in the number of child seats required, and purchase additional child seat services
- Please contact the driver in advance to confirm the meeting time and location
- If the free waiting time is exceeded, an excess fee will be incurred, please confirm with the driver in advance.
- If the flight is delayed for more than 2 hours, please change the driver or cancel the service
Surcharges
Waiting Time
Please note that if the pick-up wait time exceeds 90 minutes and the drop-off wait time exceeds 30 minutes, travelers are required to confirm with the driver in advance to see whether they can wait. An extra fee of ₩20,000 per hour will be charged on the spot. Please note that wait times will be rounded up to the nearest hour
