• 08:00-22:00 every day (※Verification can only be performed 1 hour after entry) • Only one phone number can be registered on each passport. • You will be required to provide the rental contract number and SIM phone number during the verification process. The contract given upon collection will contain these numbers. • All SIM cards must be validated online by each user in order to activate the call function when several SIM cards are being collected.

You will make your own way to the meeting points
1. Please present your Viator voucher with your passport to pick up the SIM card. 2. United States, Canada, Japan or Philippines' Phones: make sure your phone is completely unlocked with your mobile provider. 3. If your phone is NOT compatible with Korea's LTE frequency, 3G signal might shows. Cancellation & Refund will not be accepted under the above situations. 4.
