Toulon
Your captivating private shore excursion starts at the Toulon cruise ship port. A warm welcome awaits you from our friendly driver/ guide just outside the cruise ship terminal. Step into a comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle, embarking on a 6-7 hour journey through the scenic beauty of Provence. Our tours are meticulously synchronized with your ship's docking times, ensuring a prompt start and a timely return to the port. Your guide will drive you in a clean, comfortable & A/C minivan accommodating up to 8 people maximum. You'll visit 2 wineries in the morning. The visits are private and educational and will be adapted to your level of knowledge. You'll go behind the scenes to learn while visiting the winemaking & the aging rooms. You'll taste some of the finest Rosés from Provence but also well-balanced reds, and aromatic whites. Your guide will teach you the different steps to go through while tasting,if required , in order to maximise your wine tasting experience.
Hyeres
You'll then leave the countryside and have around 2 hours free for lunch and a visit to one of the region's most beautiful villages: the charming little port of Cassis, the pretty town of Hyeres, the village of Bormes les Mimosas, Le Castellet or Carqueiranne, according to the chosen itinerary. A great way to sample local life, go shopping or enjoy delicious French cuisine, thanks to your guide's recommendations!
Toulon
After this wonderful day of discovery, your guide will take you safely back to your cruise ship in time to enjoy a leisurely return to the roads of Provence.

Additional Information
Your ship can dock either at the pier of Toulon or at the pier of La Seyne sur Mer. We will inquire beforehand about your exact port of arrival. Your local and friendly guide will meet you where your cruise ship will dock. When you get off the boat, do not take the shuttle to another location. Stay at the port of arrival and please go to the passenger cruise terminal from where most of the shore excursion depart (small minivans). Your guide will be holding a Provence Wine Tours sign - you can look for it.
