Important Information
- The voucher will be provided after the booking has been confirmed. If the booked package does not accommodate your needs, please cancel your booking and place another booking
- Airport pickup: Please book the time of your flight arrival
- Airport drop-off: Please book your preferred departure time (from your hotel)
- Please provide your English or Korean address including your hotel room number for your pickup or drop-off location
- Please ensure you provide accurate information (e.g. number of travelers in your party, required car seats, number, and size of luggage) during booking. If the number of travelers upon arrival is different from the booking information provided, the local agency reserves the right to change your vehicle, which may result in paying additional fees
- Drivers can speak Chinese, Korean, and basic English. Please indicate your specific language requests in the Requests & Remarks section when booking
Surcharges
Overtime Service
- A grace period of 90 minutes applies to the airport pickup service, starting from your flight arrival. Exceeding the 90-minute grace period will incur surcharges. Please indicate in the Requests & Remarks section when booking if you want to make changes. A surcharge of ₩15,000–30,000 will incur for any changes made
- A grace period of 15 minutes applies to the airport drop-off service, exceeding the 15-minute grace period will incur surcharges
- A grace period of 15 minutes applies to the airport drop-off service, exceeding the 15-minute grace period will incur surcharges
Overtime Service
Overtime service surcharge is charged by hours. If your overtime is under 1 hour, it will be considered as 1 hour, and a surcharge of ₩15,000/hr will apply, with fees to be paid on-site directly to the driver

仁川国際空港にて
連休もあってか関空から何度も遅延になり大幅に遅れた出発になりました。
無事に仁川国際空港に到着してからが災難続きでスーツケースは行方不明になるし、イミグレは2時間越えの大行列で両替するにも長蛇の列の上、またもトラブル発生しました。ものすごく長い長い長い時間を待っていて下さり、大変ご迷惑をおかけしたにも関わらず最後までサポートしていただいて感謝しています。結局、ホテルに着いたのは夜中の３時頃というありえないような時間。私達に最後まで向き合ってくれてドライバーさん本当に本当にありがとう。延長料金発生は当然のことでしたが多めに渡してあげればよかったと申し訳ない気持ちでいっぱいです。
