- All vehicles are insured with compulsory motorcycle insurance. In addition, the company cooperates with the insurance company to provide travel insurance for consumers to purchase additional insurance on their own.
- When returning the vehicle, passengers are advised to check all sides of the vehicle and take photos or videos to avoid subsequent disputes. The renter is required to take good care of the vehicle and observe the principle of non-damage. If the vehicle is obviously damaged or destroyed, we will seek compensation for those parts.
- When an accident occurs, how to deal with it? 1. Keep the scene/photograph and store evidence (if there are no casualties at the scene and the vehicle is still difficult to drive, you can move the vehicle first after taking pictures and storing evidence). 2. Call 110 for assistance Police station/119 fire station/112 emergency rescue) or customer service 0800875888. 3. Cooperate with the police to handle the incident. 4. Collect relevant vouchers (collect the contact information of both parties in the accident/obtain the traffic accident triple sheet) ※ Please fill in the lessee’s triple sheet carefully. If the customer's name is filled in by someone else, the insurance will not cover the accident handling process.

Important Information
- Please indicate the rental date and time in the order notes. The exact time will be based on the pick-up time on the day.
- After completing the order, please go to the system to complete registration and upload documents first , which can greatly shorten the car pickup time on the day.
- Instructions for using the car in a 24-hour system. For example, if you pick up the car at 11:00 on January 1, you must return it before 11:00 on January 2. If you return the car after 11:00, you will be charged an additional 110 yuan/ The hourly rate will be calculated as one day if it exceeds 4 hours.
- Foreign travelers who do not hold a Taiwanese driver's license should call to confirm before placing an order, and make a judgment based on the use status of international driver's license holders in Taiwan from reciprocal countries announced by the Taiwan Supervision Station.
- How to find a battery swap station:

Surcharges
Overtime fees
NT$110/hour, if overtime is 4 hours, it will be counted as one day
Exceeding free mileage charges
60 kilometers of free mileage in one day, 120 kilometers of free mileage in two days, and so on. The excess will be charged NT$3.5 per kilometer, which will be paid on site when returning the car.

友人と共に同じGogoroで台湾最西端へ往復しました。
パワーが強くて速く走れるのが素晴らしいしバッテリーステーションを常に把握すれば燃料代金は無料でした。
借りたGogoroが鍵の無いタイプだったのでエンジン起動と停止に慣れるのに時間がかかりました。
