If customers are not staying at a downtown hotel, pick up is at the Doubletree Hotel Magnificent Mile, 300 E. Ohio Street. Pick up times at this location are approx. 9:30 and 12:30. Parking is available in several parking lots and structures surrounding the Doubletree. Even if you are to be picked up at the Doubletree, you still need to call and inform See it ALL Tours of that.
