La Fortuna Waterfall

Visit the highest waterfall in Arenal and one of the highest waterfalls in Costa Rica, with a height of 140 meters and located in the middle of the tropical rain forest. Your expert guide will take you through the easily accessible trails of the nature reserve and on your way will explain about the types of vegetation and animals that are in the place, when you finally arrive you will be able to take spectacular photographs of the waterfall and take a Refreshing swim in the crystal clear river right next to the water curtain.

We will visit a natural reserve crossing a series of suspension bridges with maximum heights of 135 meters high and over the tops of the trees of the tropical rain forest in a 2.5 hour tour. Our expert guide will take care of making you live a unique experience, explaining about the vegetation, animals and insects that live in the forest, it is ideal for animal lovers and people who want to know about the nature of the place, on certain occasions it is possible to see sloths, 3 varieties of monkeys, rodents, snakes, arachnids, mammals and much more.

What a great tour !!! We ended up being the only ones so it was basically a private tour. Our guide Hayro was very knowledgeable. He was passionate about our tour and we really enjoyed it. Long day- 5:20am pick up and drop off was 8:30pm, but worth it if you are short on time and dont have a car. Arenal is a beautiful area.
