- Hot air balloon flights are completely dependent on weather conditions. The direction and speed of the flight depends on the wind, so sometimes there is the possibility of not flying over the archaeological site.
- Children under 5 years of age are not allowed to take the balloon flight.
- People under the influence of alcoholic beverages are not allowed to fly.

Please arrive at the pick up point 60 minutes before departure time.

One person of our team will contact you to give you the time and more details of the pickup process one day before your balloon flight. THE PICKUP TIME BEGINS AT 4:00 AM. The transportation service only applies from Mexico City Hotels located at Touristic Areas. It does not apply from particular residences or Airbnb and/or similar services. The transportation service is shared, subject to schedules and restrictions. In case you select the option without transportation and want to arrive by your own car, the appointment will be at Globopuerto Volare in Teotihuacán, State of Mexico, at the designated time.
