Important Information
- Please refer to the vehicle info and book accordingly. Failure to do so may result in overloading the vehicle and travellers will be held liable for all the surcharges incurred
- Children under 6 years old are required to ride in a car seat, which will be provided with an extra charge to be paid on-site. Please state the age and the number of children in the "Requests & Remarks" section (a car seat occupies 1–1.5 seats) if a car seat is required
- Please provide the correct address of the pick-up point when booking, the location can be hotels, guesthouses, personal accommodation or Airbnb
- Please provide LINE ID, WhatsApp or WeChat number (also make sure your account is open to be added) in the booking so the staff can contact you

Car Seat: JP¥2,200 per. seat, Booster Seat: JP¥2,200 per seat, fees to be paid directly to the driver
Overtime Service
Grace period for airport drop-off and point-to-point pick-up: 30 minutes / Grace period for air port pick-up: 90 minutes. A Exceeding the grace period: A surcharge of JP¥8,000 per hr applies
Nighttime Surcharge
Late-night service surcharge: JP¥8,000 per hr, from 20:00 - 08:00
