- The cruise departs from Dock 1, located by the water at the North end of Bayfront Park, just South of Bayside Marketplace and the Miami Skywheel. Check in with personnel from Bayfront Cruises who will be wearing red uniform shirts.

Please aim to arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Check-in closes 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Cruises depart on time and cannot be held for latecomers. To reschedule your booking within 24-hours of departure please call Attractions4Us at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Monday-Friday 8.30AM - 7.30PM; Weekends & Holidays 8.30AM - 8.30PM. There is a $15 per person rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability. There are no refunds.
