- Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Sandals, flip-flops, open-toed shoes, and high heels are not permitted.
- The Hard Hat Reserve Tour Ticket does not allow access inside the Statue of Liberty National Monument.
- A portion of your purchase will go towards the restoration and maintenance of the historic Ellis Island Immigrant Hospital.

- Reach the Battery Park as the departure point for your Statue Of Liberty Tour. You will attend The Security Screening Facility, then you will board a ferry with entry tickets we provided. We recommend that you include ample time to board the ferry and clearing the Screening Facility.
