Ticket Redemption
Tours begin at 12 pm and continue every hour on the hour until 4 pm. Please proceed to the retail store to exchange your voucher for a Factory Adventure Tour Ticket. Tickets cannot be reserved, they are on a first come first served basis. We ask that guests arrive 15-20 minutes before the tour time. If tours are sold out, guest may use the voucher for a tour at a later time or date.
