• In the case of a delayed flight, please contact customer service immediately at +66-84-240-0439 (24-hours)
  
• Bookings from your hotel to the airport must be made at least 3 hours before your departure time
  
• Additional waiting time: THB 300 per hour
  
• Any extra stops or unexpected changes to the drop-off location without prior agreement will incur an additional fee to be paid in cash (THB)
  
• In case of a flight delay for arrival service, any change to the pick-up time must be informed at least 3 hours prior to the original pick-up time.
  
• In case of a flight delay for departure service, any change to the pick-up time must be informed at least 6 hours prior to the original pick-up time.
  
• If a flight delay or any situation requires additional waiting time (beyond the free waiting time stated on the website), it must first be confirmed with the driver before proceeding.
