Journey to Seoul city area might takes around 1-2 hours depending on traffic situation. When making your reservation you need to let us know your flight information and your accommodation or destination address.
Due to our tight schedule you are advised to make a reservation at least 48 hours before arrival day. And we will either confirm your booking within 24 hours and will let you know your driver’s information at least 24 hours before pick-up day.

- Pets must be kept in their cage for safety,
- Fold-able wheelchair/stroller could fit in the trunk (Please consider One wheelchair/stroller is regarded as one regular luggage in 26 inches)

Pick-up time should be within 07:00~20:00 *Additional USD30 night charge apply for pick-up between 20:00PM-07:00AM *Midnight Charge apply separately for each pickup **This vehicle can only fit up to 5 pieces of regular size (26 inch) luggage. If your luggage is bigger than this, it will be considered as 2 pieces.
