• The charter service operates depending on the chosen hours
• Service must be booked at least 12 hours before departure time
• Regarding waiting time, staff will wait only for reachable customers as requested. If customers cannot be contacted, the staff will wait for a maximum of 120 minutes from the pick-up time; otherwise, it will be considered a "no-show" if it exceeds this duration
• The overtime fee is THB500 per hour
  
• The charter service vehicles can't act like public buses or taxis. For instance, picking up one group at Place A, dropping them off, then going back to pick up another group at the same or a different place, and repeating this for multiple groups is not allowed
  
• For vehicle services between 23:59-05:59, an extra charge of THB 500 per hour will apply.
