Once you meet our meeting & greeting team, they will call your assigned private vehicle from the parking to the meeting point and accompany you to the car. It takes approximately 10-13 minutes for the car to arrive from the parking to the meeting point.
After you board the vehicle, it will take you to the specified hotel or address. If the destination you provided is closed to vehicle traffic, our car will take you as close as possible to your hotel or address.

After completing customs checks and collecting your baggage, please head to Exit Gate 14. Once you exit from Exit Gate 14, we will be waiting for you with a sign board that reads 'M55'. In accordance with airport regulations, all transfer vehicles must wait in the parking area until the passenger reaches the meeting point. Once you arrive at the welcome board, your vehicle will leave the parking area and come to the meeting point, which will take approximately 10–13 minutes. If you share your WhatsApp number with us, we will send you a picture and detailed explanation of our meeting point via WhatsApp one day before the service. Therefore, if you use WhatsApp, please share this number with us. We track all flights in real time, and after your plane lands, we account for additional time for customs controls and baggage collection. That's why giving us the correct flight code is crucial because if your plane lands early or late, you won't need to worry. Our total waiting time is 1 hour and 30 minutes from the time your plane lands. If you don't arrive at the meeting point within this time, your transfer is marked as no-show, and there will be no refund.
