- You must arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time for check in and sign waivers.
- If you arrive after the time of the tour departure time, it will be considered “no-show” with no-refunds.
- You can book this activity for a minimum of 2 people and maximum of 3 people. All airplane tours are private, and we don't mix with people you don't know.
- Passengers can bring small handbags. Heavy or large bags cannot be taken into the airplane.
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers with more than 34 weeks pregnancy.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Passenger Weight: Combined weight of all passengers must not exceed 500 pounds (230 kg). Maximum weight per passenger is 250 pounds (113 kg). Exceeding these limits will result in one passenger being excluded, with no refunds.
